Xuejia is located inHonglan Town, with a total of 65 households and a population of 193 people, andthe whole village covers an area of about 80 mu. The reservoir and the greenmountain behind the village joint each other, the tea fragrance from the teagarden of Lei Gong Ao and the sour and sweet tastes of the mulberry from the Fujiabianorchard make all people fascinated and reluctant to leave. On each of the firstlunar month, there’ll be Avalokitesvara Temple Festival at the Lingyin Templenearby, Xuejia at this time will be decorated with lanterns and streamers andwith streams of people, and it’s the most bustling time of the year.
Site 2 小刘家渡
There’re threekilometers between Xiaoliujiadu and Jingqiao town, this village has an area of1 square kilometers, a total of 92 households and a population 356 people. Thevillage is adjacent to Xinqiao River, and this slowly flowing silver ribbon hasmade Xiaoliujiadu become the main traffic ferry here, and borne the developmentand exchange of villages, the shrimp and rice fields of the village are locatedalternatively, and diffuse the delicious smell generations of villagers are proudof, on the Lunar January 12th of each year, the temple fair of DaVillage nearby will have playing and singing, drum and music, everyone are gatheredin the fields to celebrate the pride and joy of harvest.

Thevillage is rich in water resources, crab farming has become the village’s specialindustry, moreover, this village has a long history, there had been three brickkilns at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the early ROC period, the local peoplecalled them "crystal three kilns", all the blue bricks used for the buildingfrom the end of the Qing Dynasty on both sides of the streets were from thesekilns, the antique charm is still filling the entire street. In 2017, ShuijingVillage was listed as "the most beautiful rural village model in JiangsuProvince".
Site 4 李在凤
Lizaifeng Village is oneof the 19 natural villages under the jurisdiction of Jiutang AdministrativeVillage, locates in the foothills of Fengguan Mountain and joins to Xiaomaoshanand Tianshengqiao villages in the south, it has an area of 18 square kilometersand a total population of 4559 people. It’s surrounded by mountains, hasnumerous ponds and rich space forms of mountainous and water landscapes. What’sspecial is the Lizaifeng lantern with more than 200 years of history, accordingto legend, Emperor Qianlong came to Tianshengqiao at Lishui and saw a Phoenixresting in the tree, and the village is dominated by families surnamed as Li,so it’s named as Lizaifeng Village. When Qianlong left, Lizaifeng Village has goodweather for the crops and a thriving population, and at time of the SpringFestival, the villagers will organize each household to dance with the lanternsand fill the happiness from the bottom of heart among every household in thevillage.
Site 5 诸家
Hefeng Zhu Family has enjoyeda long history, and is located on the Shore of Shijiu Lake propitious forgiving birth to great men, and at the foot of the charming Fengqi Mountain, thevillage has a population of 1463 people and a total arear of 1200.13 mu. In theblending of the shallow beach, river, blue sky and lakes, the years for eachfamily to go fishing have lasted for centuries, and it’s an ancient fishingvillage with a history of nearly 700 years. "Blue brick, small tile andcorbel-step, carved beams and painted rafters with overhanging eaves", theancient and antique cemetery and ancestral hall stage have witnessed the traditionof "enlightening the offspring with books and poetry" by HefengZhujia, the ancient river "Huangjiahe" in south of the village hasbeen flowing with the tasks of sluice and irrigation for centuries, and this isprobably why they’re immortal after several centuries.
Dongshantou is locatedin Honglan Town at the south of Wuxiang Mountain of Lishui District, withinWuxiangsi administrative village, the village covers an area of 122.59 mu, athe total of 73 households and a total of 136 people. Dongshantou is full ofvitality during the four seasons, the various mountains and green forests arealways making the villagers feel proud.
The submitted workshould include:
1. PPT for the B & Boperating ideas, with the contents relating to the B & B brand positioning,operation, marketing and other aspects
2.4 blocks of A1 displayboard design programs- single B & B and the whole village public landscape (includingbut not limited to the overall plan, building floor plan, indoor and outdoorrenderings, elevation, profile, renderings and analysis), as well as thepicture information to fully express the design concept (300dpi)
3. One PDF format designdescription on the A4 paper of no more than 500 words (Chinese and Englishversions)
4. Information about thecontestants, including the name, team introduction, address, telephone orWeChat, email, working unit, recent photos and other information
Video (2-4 minutes): contestantscan submit a short video to better present the idea of the work, including thepresence of team members, and description on the design ideas of the works combinedwith the display board, the form is not limited, and the video format is onlyfor MP4.
